For a business project, discuss coordination with your builder, joiner or fitout contractor. For a renovation, explain which other trades are involved and whether the space is ready for a final measure.
Ask what is included in the quote
A useful written quote identifies the glass, hardware or framing, installation and any removal work. Access, disposal and finishing details can affect the scope, so clarify them before comparing prices.
Ask how changes will be handled if the site measure reveals something different from the initial photos. Compare the complete job rather than a headline price that leaves important work unspecified.
Discuss timing before committing
