How the website handles the form
Accepted enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and sent to our team by email through Resend. Saving a copy helps us recover an enquiry if its email notification is delayed. The record includes your form details, the page used and a submission reference.
Technical copies are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the email provider accepts the notification. Enquiries with an unresolved delivery issue are retained for review. Emails and subsequent quote or job records are held separately by the business.
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile to help prevent spam. Its security checks may process your IP address and browser or device information. Cloudflare and Resend operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Australia.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, to measure page visits, phone and email link clicks and successful enquiry submissions. Analytics is linked to Google Ads to help us understand which advertising brings enquiries. Our custom enquiry events do not include the name, phone number, email address, suburb or project description entered in the form.
Measurement tools may use cookies and process browser identifiers, device information and website activity. Google operates internationally, so this information may be processed outside Australia.
